We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to anyone we consider unsuitable on clinical or safety grounds.
Weight loss medications will only be prescribed where clinically appropriate. You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have a condition that contraindicates the requested treatment unless explicitly discussed with and approved by our pharmacist or prescriber.
All prescription weight loss medications are issued only following a thorough online consultation reviewed by a qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribing team and cannot be guaranteed.

Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and will result in immediate termination of your account. We reserve the right to request additional information, including GP details, before issuing any prescription.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any consultation that does not result in a prescription being issued. If a prescription is declined after payment has been taken, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We use tracked delivery services. While we make every reasonable effort to meet delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us promptly.
Medications will be dispensed in appropriate, discreet, and child-resistant packaging in line with pharmaceutical standards.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email. Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund for that item due to the nature of medicinal products and patient safety regulations.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest Accident and Emergency department immediately.
Weight loss medications are intended to support lifestyle changes, including diet and exercise. Results will vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
